Opening a cafe

We finally got a cafe and opened it. But the dilemma is how to get new custom in without losing old custom.  The changes are manifold and so many people are resistant to change, but it’s coming nevertheless. 

I’m still struggling to work out how people make a profit from a cafe. Watch this space ...
